National Service Manager, Delhi  - Set the operating standards for the repair centers, measure their performance against those standards and implement corrective/improvement actions to insure that all of our repair centers achieve their operating targets.   - Implementing, managing, and tracking Hilti’s tool warranty policy to insure the proper standards of service and policy implementation are in place in order to provide the best warranty service in the most cost effective manner for our customers.  - Manage, train and develop, the Repair Managers in the proper inventory control/replenishment / Repair methods.  - Insuring that all the repair procedures are properly calibrated with relevant documentation and that each repair center has the proper equipment to achieve Hilti’s repair standards.   - The incumbent will be the prime mover for implementing Hilti’s new world wide After Market Service Strategy (as it concerns repair) within Hilti India as set by implementation schedule.  - Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of All India Repair facilities.
