Manager - Talent Management

Reporting to : Head Talent Management & Development

Purpose of Position :

- At Hilti, Leaders are accountable to develop people to reach outstanding results. As HR team, it's our responsibility to enable leaders to do this successfully. And at the same time, we need to ensure that team members own their career development.

- As Manager - Talent Management, you will be responsible for owning & managing all topics related to People Development, across the organization including performance evaluations, development plans, IDP & HPR

Role and responsibilities :

Talent Management :

- Drive quality of Employee Development/Career Conversations (MyD) in partnership with HRBPs

- Drive the Hilti People Review (HPR) in partnership with HRBPs to identify internal Talent Pools and Successors for critical roles

- Educate Leaders and HRBPs on HPR and related topics, develop training materials/cookbooks as necessary

- Design and execute development & engagement actions for talent pools

- Drive Leaders and HRBPs to follow through on HPR actions, and to have documented, high quality IDPs and conversations with Talent

- Monitor and facilitate internal talent movements in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs Engagement & Culture

- Drive the Employee Engagement Survey (GEOS) - analysis of results and action planning at Country and Team Leader Level

- Drive GPTW process in partnership with Employer Branding and Marketing teams Performance Management

- Drive the Performance Management Process (MyC) in partnership with HRBPs including Goal Setting, Check-in Conversations and Year End Reviews

- Ensure 100% closure of MyC process on system as per timeline and submission of data to Rewards for Increment/Bonus

- Drive quality of performance/check-in conversations, develop training materials/cookbooks and conduct workshops as necessary to drive the same

People Specification :

- MBA in HR or Graduate/PG in Psychology or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a COE or Talent Management Consultant

- Excellent thought leadership, understanding of best practices and frameworks around Talent Performance and Engagement
