Manager Finance - Collections

The Role of this position is to build strong follow-up mechanism to ensure timely collection of customer overdue AR. Create more visibility in AR situation by building strong Analysis and circulating multiple and relevant reports to respective stake holders. The resource will be responsible to have strong AR steering mechanism, work closely with Sales team to ensure timely collection to keep DSO down.

- Forecasting monthly- quarterly collection portfolio

- Overseeing timely collection of Account Receivables

- Keeping a track of DSO

- Control AR Provision / planning and overseeing the profitability

- Interacting with customers in non-payment cases Monitoring invoicing procedures

- Overseeing that accounts receivable team performs

- Reconcile accounts that fall into receivables records

- Participate in strategic data analysis of zone on AR prospects

- Open to visit customer for reconciliation of accounts to ensure appropriate Customer Ledger

Skills Required:

- Qualified CA with more than 3 years of experience

- Strong functional expertise in Finance and Analytical skills

- Advanced level knowledge in SAP/ MS Excel (have capability to build Macro)

- Ability to collaborate with sales and accounting teams for timely collection of the debt

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
