Finance Analyst - Finance Department

The successful candidate will, in the frame of Hilti’s business strategy, have an influence on Hilti India business and strategy, whilst learning the overall business in detail. Your responsibilities :

- Report directly to Finance Controller, participates in setting strategic direction for the organization and bring in best practices from other companies

- Be a strong partner to relevant areas of business, building and developing solid professional relationships, whilst challenging the leadership team on all relevant business matters including overall strategy and business and finance decisions.

- Assume key responsibility within business controlling for rolling forecast, reporting, value cockpit charts, implementation of global and regional initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Your profile :

- Master degree in Finance, accounting, business or other discipline from reputable university

- Around 2 - 3 years of experience gained in MNCs or well-known company

- Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling

- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure

- Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset

- For future career progression, must be willing to relocate to other countries
