KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Strategy development
a. Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, internal and external communications.
b. Evolve objective based budgeting (BTL & Sales promotion),monitor and control
2. Planning and Execution of sales promotion activities
a. Executes BTL plans, channel and customer-specific POP plans, trade show, and monitors consistency with marketing plan/budget.
b. Work closely with Trade channel, and sales team to identify ways to generate sales and profitability and improve visibility.
c. Manages and reports progress of product marketing planning and execution of all BTL activities on regular basis
3. Market analysis
a. Collects market information from multiple sources
b. Analyzes market, consumer and competitive information (marketing plan & sales) prepare insights and share with Sales team & HO on a monthly basis.
