RESPONSIBILITIES : - Own the user acquisition and co-own retention cost metric - Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase acquisition, conversion and player value - Responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring and analyzing mobile user acquisition campaigns. - Track the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns through regular reporting that includes details of customer behavior, usage and spend. - Evaluate key performance metrics and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets. - Independently manage budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media planning, efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance. - Analyze the customer journey and identify key touch points in the customer's interaction to optimize customer re-activation and retention - Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics - Excellent communication skills among peers and stakeholders with ability to align product, marketing and business objectives - Deep dive in with product understanding to achieve goals and OKR targets - Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth across organic, social, video and community driven channels - Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events - Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed and ahead of competition SOUNDS LIKE YOU? - At least 8 years of demonstrated prior experience in a senior role leading both acquisition and retention, as well as designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns - Advanced knowledge of SEO, ASO, marketing analytics and SEM - Previous budgeting and budget spending responsibilities for ROI based mobile user acquisition campaigns - Strong understanding of customer engagement tools like Clevertap, Webengage etc. - Good understanding of main mobile marketing tech especially attribution, conversion tracking, programmatic advertising etc. - Ability to create a holistic environment where marketing and product work together to achieve revenue and acquisition goals and not work in silos - Excellent sense of accountability and ownership.
