About The Role :

Hike is seeking a head of growth to spearhead its paid acquisition efforts as well as retention / CRM. This executive will have several direct and indirect reports and be responsible for managing a significant marketing budget. You will report directly to our senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications for this Role :

- This requires deep expertise in SEM, display, remarketing and other major digital channels

- We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational pedigree (although exceptional work experience will be factored in to account)

- At least 7+ years of overall online marketing experience handling campaigns in E-commerce / Media / Entertainment industry on the Client or Big Agency side with 4+ years exp in leading the function

- Knowledge of emerging technologies across digital space, experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups

- Experience in collaborating with brand marketing and offline channels would be a plus

- Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating/ managing a business

- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment

- Demonstrated leadership, and an ability to grow and lead high functioning teams

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive paid acquisition marketing across all performance marketing channels, including but not limited to: Adwords, Youtube, GDN, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, affiliate, retargeting networks, etc.

- Own ROAS from performance marketing, continuously developing experiments/initiatives to improve ROAS, including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance

- Develop, implement and refine retention marketing strategy, including but not limited to loyalty and referrals, to drive repeat behavior and maximize customer LTV

- Track and optimize every step of the marketing funnel in order to optimize LTV / CAC ratio, and create a virtuous marketing cycle

- Identify, evaluate and select appropriate tools and software to enhance and automate marketing processes

- Manage third-party vendors and campaign partners to drive exponential, long-term ROI- positive growth

- You will be responsible for crafting a high-impact marketing strategy and plan in close collaboration with all the business stakeholders to cater to a large addressable market
