Hike Messenger - Executive Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a sharp, personable, highly - organised Executive Assistant to support CEO Office.

Represents the CEO Office by welcoming visitors, reviewing and managing correspondence; managing calendar, day plan and general office functions.

Arranges travel itineraries including stay, transport and meeting agendas.

Should be efficient in determining priorities; managing time; monitoring timelines and making adjustments to plans.

Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Strong knowledge of Google Apps, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Maintain local information for visitors, maps, hotel/restaurant information etc.

Personality

At least 3 years of experience in supporting CXO, Director or Senior Management members.

Extremely strong organisational skills, with the desire to work in an environment of rapid growth and an ability to not get frustrated with last minute changes.

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies with Interest and experience in using new age web tools.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people.

Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creative problem-solver, self-starter with can do attitude.
