Position Summary : This position provides strategic support to our various business verticals and is an astute facilitator of organizational strategy with a significant track record of business transformation achievements. He or She brings along practices, programs and processes that represent global mindset & philosophy of hands-on project management approach while believing in automation, building strong processes & systems keeping in mind long term sustainability.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES :

- Support to CSO and BU Heads on strategic programs and projects, as an overall Strategic Business Partner to the Business Heads for Plans, Policies & Performance ensuring fast business growth

- Steering Program and Projects in close guidance/ partnership with the Business Consultant appointed by the Company

- Working closely on Strategic Projects with Business Consultant and Monitoring the impact on the Strategic interventions resulting on business performance, business progress, results/impact study for each BU

- Driving Programs and projects using innovative, agile and project management tools and techniques in the strategic development, change management and implementation of initiatives to ensure the organization's ability to successfully implement a business transformation agenda and realize intended impact.

- Focus on bringing Automation and Analytics into mainstream working using relevant BI tools

- Support the organization to move towards excellence through transformation initiatives in all aspects of finance, supply chain, IT, operations and administration.

- Support team in promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.

- Ensure timely and appropriate feedback on the interventions conducted is presented to Business Heads.

- Support building the capacity of staff engaged in initiatives thereby ensuring sufficient capability and capacity to adopt and realize change.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge Skills & Abilities :

- Strong knowledge on building of business plans and coordination on seamless execution

- Solid understanding of the P&L, Business Financials & Impact

- Hands on with brining market intelligence, data from competition, world class benchmarking practices strengthening our Business Model

- Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle & Tally/ ERP - Modules

- Proven record of having led Operational Execution of the Projects and Processes at organization level

- Ability to Collaborate and work independently across businesses, functions and levels.

- Excellent Business communication skills with an impressive executive presence

Education & Experience :

- MBA/ Executive MBA from a premium institute preferred

- Bachelor of Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage

- 2-7 years of consulting experience interfacing with Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Medical devices, Equipment and FMCG-set up industries over strategic and transformation Projects across business lifecycle management
