Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years HR experience, preferably a few years in HR Analytics or Operations COE
- Understanding of HR Operations (additionally, understanding of payroll, audits and compliance will be feather in the cap)
- Data driven problem solving and excel capabilities (additionally, experience across tableau/ power bi/ data studio/ similar tools will be good to have)
- Communication - Being able to articulate the problem and solution
- Fast learner/ high on comprehension.
- Vendor / Internal and External Stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive efficient HR operations across various facets like payroll, Onboarding, and budget management tasks.
- Automation of key people processes and reports
- Build/Revamp critical HR Dashboards- Attrition, RTO, Business facing HR metrices
- Drive HR special projects e.g., attrition management, timesheet management, payroll vendor evaluation, Performance Management revamp, Executing 360/upward feedback at scale, Design competencies by role & drive employee assessments to map against the same
