Job Description:

HighRadius follows a Three-in-a-Box model for Partnership deals where a Channel Solution Principal, Solution Principal (SP) and an Account Executive (AE) are involved in every interaction with a prospect/ customer.

The Channel Solution Principal (SP) is a part of the front end sales/ account management team at HighRadius and works closely with Channel Partners to identiy and build solid pipeline of accounts, works with the SP and the Account Executive (AE) to move partner deals through various stages of Sales cycle towards deal closure.

The Channel SP will carry a Sales quota target and the primary responsibility is to work with Channel Partners to identify right opportunities, engage the right stakeholders from HRC, Partner and Prospect and move deals across the various sales stages to closure.

The Manager Solution Engineering (MSE) will be responsible to manage 3-5 SPs on a day to day basis, guide them to work closely with both the Partner as well as HighRadius direct Sales teams. The KPIs for the MSE will be a sum total of the KPIs of the individual SPs.

Responsibilities:

Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years

- Establish strong rapport with Channel Partners and identify right opportunities to build a solid pipeline

- Engage right stakeholders from HRC, Partner and Prospect for every opportunity Requirement gathering and Customer qualification via a systematic analysis of customer business.

- Pipeline Management with focus on closing partner deals to meet the annual quota Product demonstration to Channel Partnership team and Finance department of Fortune 1000 companies (CXO, VP, Director Level audience).Strategize/ develop a plan along with SP and AE to take on the competition and take deals/ opportunities to successful closure.

Requirements:

- Prior Sales/Business Development/Pre Sales/ Consulting experience

- Hands-on working experience with ERP softwares and/or cloud computing knowledge is an advantage

- Experience in working with North American or European customers in a consultative sales role would an advantage

- Prior Accounts Receivable knowledge would be an advantage

- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent at teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Unwavering focus on results/targets.
