Job Summary:

Experience and Skills:

1) 3-5 years HR experience, preferably a few years in HR Analytics or Operations COE

2) Understanding of HR Operations (additionally, understanding of payroll, audits and compliance will be feather in the cap)

3) Data driven problem solving and excel capabilities (additionally, experience across tableau/ power bi/ data studio/ similar tools will be good to have)

4) Communication - Being able to articulate the problem and solution

5) Fast learner/ high on comprehension

6) Vendor / Internal and External Stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

1) Drive efficient HR operations across payroll and budget management activities

2) Automation of key people processes and reports

3) Drive HR special projects e.g., attrition management, timesheet management, payroll vendor evaluation.
