About the Role: As a Product Manager specializing in payment products, you will lead the charge in building and managing products for SMEs, focusing on invoicing, receipts management, notifications, coupon codes, taxes, gifting features, and loyalty programs. The role involves overseeing the payment features from the core engine across all product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining the strategic direction for HighLevel's payments infrastructure. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Direction: Establish the strategic direction for HighLevel payments infrastructure. Decision-Making: Make informed decisions about product roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs. User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research and translate user needs into actionable product requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Performance Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and drive data-driven decision-making. Experience Required: Product Deconstruction: Ability to deconstruct software products and identify good UX from bad UX. Payments Domain: Experience as a Product Manager in Payment integrations with Stripe or related products is preferred.
