Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Understanding the customer requirements and select the appropriate product .
- Identification and encashment of project business
- Achieving sales targets with customers in the area assigned
- Building the THRSL brand in the market area assigned
- Ensuring sales,service and application support to customers in the area
- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends and competitor activities .
- Development of distribution channels
- Sales promotional activities like technical seminars, presentation .
Competencies Required:
- Self motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Decision maker /Problem solving skills
- Willing to travel (60 to 70 % travel)
Experience:(please provide the details of experience required on specific domains/projects done etc.):
- 4+ years of direct work experience in a industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation, material handling automation)
- Knowledge in industrial applications & process in engineering, Automotive,F&B, electronics industries etc.,
- Experience in value selling
- Identify, understand the customer needs and provide solution for customer problems
- Experience in solution business using PLC, VFD, embedded systems,robotic applications etc to be given priority.
