BACKGROUND

The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz(THRSL) is a pioneering Robotics and Unmanned Systems company in India. In a fairly short time of our existence we have already filed for more than 15 patents in India and internationally covering various fields of robotics, artificial intelligence and computer vision. We are one of the only company's in India with a dedicated focus towards unmanned systems for various verticals including defense and industry.

The company was founded and headed by Mr. Anuj Kapuria, who is a PHD candidate from Carnegie Mellon University, Robotics Institute, Pittsburgh, USA. He has more than a decade experience with various facets of the driverless vehicles domain. He has been part of numerous US government and DOD (department of defense) projects, for unmanned vehicles, including the first DARPA Grand Challenge held in 2004. He has various international publications in the field of computer vision, artificial intelligence and robotics. He is currently an Adjunct Fellow for Robotics Program development at Carnegie Mellon University- s, Robotics Institute.

With a team of over 100 people, dedicated to this effort including large number of PhDs and master level graduates our focus is also indigenous product and technology development. Apart from being the most renowned supplier of unmanned system technologies and products to the Indian defense forces, we also have the largest installed base of mobile robot in industrial use and affiliated solutions in India with over 100 such installations at various locations in the country working 24/7, including marque organizations in sectors like Automotive OEMS, FMCG, Retail, e-commerce etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Managing the total responsibility as a Profit Centre Head; ensuring maximum revenue generation and profitability

- Delivery projects and operations management

- Mentor, motivate and manage team members, and create a challenging work environment to facilitate creativity

- Sales and marketing management

- Evangelizing and Managing New Product development lifecycle

REQUIREMENT OF ROLE

- Management Degree from premium and reputed institute

- Top 10% of the batch preferred

- Computer Science/Electronics background desirable

EXPERIENCE

- Exposure/Prior experience in sales/Marketing in technology domain

- Program management experience is desirable
