We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

1) Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.

2) Generate leads and proactively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

3) Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

4) Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives, including market expansion, partnerships, and new product or service offerings.

5) Build and nurture relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry influencers to promote the company's brand and establish long-term partnerships.

6) Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs.

7) Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure new business deals and partnerships.

8) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to align strategies, coordinate efforts, and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

9) Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market dynamics.

10) Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and performance against targets, providing regular updates to management.

11) Continuously enhance business development skills and knowledge through training, industry research, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2) Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

3) Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.

4) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

6) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7) Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.

8) Knowledge of Steel/RCC design and detailing is a plus.
