The successful candidate ideally will have very strong project management and relationship skills preferably in a multi-cultural research environment.  Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be the focal point of communication with all stakeholders fulfilling the following duties:  - Ongoing project management  Own and update (as needed) the master blueprint guide; work with CRO to coordinate updates and address questions about it  Manage the spreadsheet that maps out all the blueprints for the year, the description of each one, when the RFI needs to go out, when the blueprint will be published, and the analyst(s)  Update the "count" on what blueprints and POVs are published each week and post it on the shared drive  Send a report by email each week on which blueprints were published, which RFIs are due to go out and which ones went out for the month to date  Set up the automated sending out of the following emails to come from the appropriate analyst: (1) invitation to participate in a blueprint; (2) the embargoed grid; (3) notification of the blueprint being published  - Additional support to analysts as needed (will be different levels of support per person over time):   Creating and managing the supplier participation and reference call tracker  Updating Salesforce with contacts and tasks for reference calls   Scheduling briefings and reference calls  Responsible for the scheduling and diary management of all blueprint briefings and blueprint reference calls for all analysts  Requirements:  - 5-10 years- experience in project management in research firms  - Graduate or Post Graduate degree   - Ability to manage up and work with senior stakeholders both internal and external  - Extremely organized, process oriented and diligent  - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects   - IT literate and advanced user of Excel, Salesforce, Outlook, Google and other automation and project management tools  - Ability to work in fast-paced, small business setup with minimum supervision  - Only Bangalore based candidates need apply
