Job Title: Knowledge Analyst (Data Products) Location: Bangalore, India Role Description: The Knowledge Analyst supports data products of HFS research, consulting projects and ad-hoc requests around IT/BPO services. The successful candidate ideally will have experience in secondary research, IT/BPO outsourcing contract data collection, analysis, writing and presentation in IT/BPO services domains, or related disciplines. Responsibilities: The Knowledge Analyst will be part of larger data products and IT/BPO practice in HFS Research and will support Practice Director and other Senior Research Analysts in their research needs fulfilling the following duties : - Tracking IT-BPO outsourcing contract data collections as a part of data product. - Researching and developing service provider profiles, captive profiles, buyer profiles and industry profiles in IT/BPO services - Delivering custom research projects and ad-hoc research requests from customers and senior analysts - Supporting senior analysts with PoVs, white papers and thought leadership content creation - Collecting relevant data and information through secondary research - Organizing information internally and responsible for the Knowledge Management of the HFS IT/BPO services practice Requirements: - 2-3 years experience in secondary research in IT/BPO services - Graduate or Post Graduate degree Engineering, Business, or other related field - Ability to read and derive information from multiple source of reports, news reports, corporate presentations and other sources - Intellectual curiosity and interest in tracking, business operation and IT technology services trends - Ability to work in fast paced, small business setup with minimum supervision - Only Bangalore based candidates need apply
