Hexaware Technologies - Technical Delivery Manager - Health & Insurance Domain

- At least 15-18 years of experience in technology service delivery execution role

- Managed Fixed Price, mile stone based delivery, services based delivery with SLAs

- Managing the delivery of complex systems/technology from requirements/design through to release/support

- Managing projects in managed services mode involving multiple technologies, on IT side, infra and BPO. Location in India

- Candidate should have a significant project execution and management experience in managed services kind of execution.

- Candidate's preferred technology background is .NET or very good BI/BA background (in ETL tools like Datastage etc- and/or reporting/dashboarding tools).

- Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile

- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design

- Hands-on Experience in multiple Architecture Domains Business / Data / Application / Technology

- Strong understanding of Design Thinking and experience working with CX architects and design teams
