Senior Business Consultant/Analyst - RPA & Intelligent Automation

Job Description :

- Frame opportunities: Lead automation process discoveries, analyze the current state processes, develop value-stream or process maps, and identify areas of improvement applying lean principles

- Automation consulting: Define future state processes, collaborate with solution architects, and present recommendations on automation opportunities estimating automation potential and business benefits. Perform cost-benefit analysis and prepare business cases for shortlisted use cases.

- Solution Conceptualization: Understand client's business processes, existing IT landscape, identify gaps, and propose solution approach for automation

- Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Proactively interact with client stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions

- Requirements Documentation: Gather, analyze and prepare click-level documentation with detailed requirements (functional as well as non-functional). Collaborate with development teams to translate the business requirements into technical specifications, prepare user stories, and participate in UAT

- Case Studies and Client Testimonials: Convert implemented solutions into high impact case studies and referenceable client testimonials

- Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to automation COE teams for periodic reports and MIS, Governance Reporting for respective business areas

- Documentation: Create and manage various documentation such as BRD, PDD, click-level, and user stories. Assist and train junior analysts

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- 6-11 years of overall work experience with 5+ years as business analyst

- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) as Business Analyst in RPA/Power platform/other complementary automation projects

- A bachelor's degree in technology and/or master's in Computer Science. MBA is preferred.

- Lean six sigma certification (Green belt or Black belt) or equivalent practical experience is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of process improvement/process excellence experience

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Should have strong documentation knowledge in BRD, PDD, click-level documentation, and user story mapping

- Should have played a client facing role leading discovery workshops/interviews and presented readouts with automation opportunities and process improvement recommendations

- Good knowledge and functional understanding of automation tools (RPA, Power platform, and/or OCR, other intelligent automation solutions)

- Inquisitive and openness to adapt to evolving automation technology landscape and suggest relevant solutions for the identified business problems

- Must have excellent Knowledge in Agile implementation

- Healthcare/Life sciences industry experience is a plus
