Diversity Hiring (Female) Delivery Manager (Cloud) Hexaware Tech Chennai/Mumbai 1. 18 + years- of overall experience with 6-7 years in senior delivery management roles managing large Multi-functional, distributed team of 150+ with delivery ownership. 2. Should have handled P&amp;L responsibilities, managing 10 to 15 Mn USD portfolios. 3. Proven ability in providing leadership and developing business strategies and solution for clients. 4. Good experience in BFS domain. 5. Should have proven technical expertise in providing technical leadership to development team and ability to evaluate complex project risks and issues. 6. Risk identification and mitigation planning. 7. Prepare consultant plan and plan for right consultant mix. 8. Ensure quality of product delivered. 9. Review Project Metrics/ SLAs and their achievement and take corrective action. 10. Monitor progress of projects and update the account manager. 11. Timely billing in line with payment milestones. 12. Track customer complaints and escalations to closure. 13. Account Orientation to new team members. 14. Identify Training needs for the account and coordinate the training. 15. Provide quarterly projections to functions such as Training team and Revenue Assurance. 16. Improve project profitability by reducing buffers, planning rotation, grade mix, improving utilization and project location. 17. Plan and track Customer Value Adds.
