Job Description:
- Lead automation assessments, identify opportunities of value, and prepare multi-year roadmap for the client
- Build relationships with client's senior leadership team and drive steering committee reviews for the automation program
- Analyze the current state processes, develop value-stream or process maps, and identify areas of improvement applying lean principles
- Define future state processes, collaborate with solution architects, and present recommendations on automation opportunities estimating automation potential and business benefits
- Lead proposal development and apply consultative sales approach to project business cases with financial and intangible benefits for the customer
- Grow the automation account and build a pipeline of implementation opportunities backed by proposals
- Develop IP for automation assessments and build accelerators, automation use case libraries specific to verticals
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Post-Graduate from Tier-1 B Schools (IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI)
- 2 to 4 years of post-MBA experience in strategy consulting/IT consulting/ strategic role in IT services industry
- Should have played a client-facing project lead role and independently presented readouts with automation opportunities and process improvement recommendations
- Good functional knowledge and experience in RPA, intelligent automation tools and their applications
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent practical experience is mandatory
- RPA Business analyst certification with operations background preferred
