1. 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with specific focus on ERP hiring on skills such as Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle, SAP etc. Need to have strong communication and knowledge of the ERP Market.
2. Demonstrate abilities to source tough-to-find skills, using various Sourcing channels, Market opportunities and should be visible within the described talent community
3. Any technical experience/MBA will be an added Plus
4. Besides standard Recruitment Metrics, the candidate will also be measured every now and then on enhancing both Candidate and Customer experience.
