7+ years of recruiting experience required.

3+ years of experience exclusively supporting
Director-level plus roles.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, engaging, and closing candidates, preferably from high-growth Software or Service company.
- Proven track record managing executive relationships and ability to collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders across functional and various geographical locations
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing passive candidates thro social medias, cold calling and Job Portals
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Should be able to support
US time zone- Advanced skills in various technologies such as Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others in a results driven, high integrity, fast paced environment
