Job Description:
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs pursued across multiple non IT domains - voice / non voice processes focusing on Customer Service related process
- Analyze client landscape presented in RFI / RFP and through onsite studies and suggest solutions leveraging best practices
- Excellent communication skills and a master of PPT
- Analyze client situation presented in RFI / RFP documents and suggest specific / SSC solution to client leveraging all optimization interventions
- Coordinate with all stakeholders / seek sign offs and close solutions
- Articulate solution through depictions in solution presentations / RFP / RFI response / proposal documents
- Work out project costing / pricing and get necessary approvals
- Finalize solutions and take deals to closure
- Make solution presentation to clients / anchor client visits
- Frequent international and domestic travel
Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience in to Presales and Solutions across BPO / contact centers
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- Around 7 - 12 years of total experience with at least 3+ years of experience in to presales and Solution
- Willing to travel internationally (when travel opens up)
- Ability to undertake assessment at client site and make client presentations
- Excellent at MS Office
