Job Title: Manager-Operations

Division: BPS

Location: Pune

Reporting to: General Manager

Roles Reporting to this Position: AM, DM

Specific Duties:

- Fund Accounting background along with Expenses attached to Fund Accounting

- Should have experience payments & Invoice processing or Account Payables

- Should have experience in managing critical clients

- Budgeting and Asset based fees calculation background will be an added advantage

- Should have knowledge about financial instruments

- Assist with all aspects of accounting for clients including ad hoc queries

- Strong Analytical skills

Experience :

- Relevant experience in 10-15 years in F&A Account payable and invoice processing.

- Should have managed operations for international clients with strong communication skills

Skills / competency requirements:

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues on a day to day basis.

- Ability to consistently work accurately under pressure

- Previous experience and knowledge of Account Payable and Expense payment Management

- Ability to work as a leader.
