Job Description: Hexaware's GBS / SSC solutions provide Finance & Accounting (F&A), Procurement, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and HR services operations outsourcing & transformation solutions to Global clients.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- As a Finance Transformation & GBS Solutions Architect, you will be required to analyze client current landscape and create a To Be state solution including Target Operating Model design, Digital Transformation across Finance & G&A processes, Analytics / Reporting & Key Finance & Business Metrics improvement solutions for Enterprises

- Creating responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal) / RFIs (Request for Information) and - Work on proposal defense packs for Hexaware GBS offerings including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain & HR services shared services

- Create capability packs for various GBS offerings of Hexaware

- Undertake client discovery sessions / Due Diligence

- Undertake client current state benchmarking & create POVs / Solution on GBS set up, transformation & business case

- Work on deal pricing, anchor complete project P&L development & ensure price aligns to broad margin & other guidelines

- Support on developing partnership with digital solution providers across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Sales Operations & Supply Chain services

- Create new solutions / offerings & GTM approach for the same

- Contribute to GBS best practices repository

- Work on analyst submissions for getting Hexaware GBS services rated in top global Analyst ratings

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant / Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) / MBA in Finance from Top-Tier / Mid-Tier B Schools

- 0 to 1 year experience across F&A / Finance Transformation / GBS Consulting

- Strong Excel & Power point skills

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Strong Storytelling, communication & client facing skills

- Continuous Learning & Ability to reskill on emerging technologies viz. Data Science, Generative AI, Block chain etc.

- Willingness for international / domestic travel
