Head - Demand Generation for DCT
Location : Chennai / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore
Experience : 18+ years - 12+ years of demand generation and/or sales experience
- Digital Core Transformation (DCT) is one the largest and fastest growing Service Lines at Hexaware. It is also the newest, combining some of the core strengths of Hexaware in the areas of software development & integration, along with several newly emerging technologies like decision sciences & platform engineering practices.
- As Head of Demand Generation for the DCT unit, you will be responsible for a broad range of demand generation & business development activities across all vertical business units and geos of Hexaware, for DCT offerings & solutions, working closely with the Global Market Leader & Global Service Line Leader of DCT.
- These could include outbound and inbound marketing programs to drive qualified leads and engagements across the globe, digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, and other tactics to drive qualified conversions.
As Head of Demand Generation for Digital Core Transformation unit at Hexaware, you will :
- Collate, synthesize and package various DCT Offerings, Credentials & Case Studies for use in the market and by client facing account, sales & practice teams
- Help in creating, consolidating & sharing market-facing content & collateral to drive demand generation and help in conversion
- Participate in and conduct DCT workshops to formulate and finalize strategies, positioning statements & decks, and evangelize DCT to clients, and internal teams
- Work with Services Marketing Manager to update website with relevant messaging and content related to DCT and ensure it is designed and represented in creative & impactful ways
- Manage DCT demand gen pipeline including active opportunities, analysis, reporting & visualization
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Sales teams to grow regional databases of potential target accounts and lead the growth of a variety of acquisition channels including 3rd party programs, email, nurture, webinars, content syndication, and more.
OUR IDEAL HEAD OF DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER WILL HAVE/BE:
- 12+ years of demand generation and/or sales experience working with a technology services or platform company going through hyper-growth.
- Background in Software engineering, integration, architecture, and/or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated familiarity with digital & emerging technologies.
- Experience in creating global demand gen programs specifically covering US and Europe.
- Mastery over leverage of social media & internet tools as part of demand generation
- Strong project management, time management, and execution skills.
- Excellent written communication skills; you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages.
- Expertise in understanding data, telling stories, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
- Experience with various marketing software
