Role: Capital Market Operations - General Manager

Location - Mumbai, India

1. Project description - Lead the operations teams for a leading Asset Management Company based out of USA with a global footprint

2. Please give a high level explanation of the application or technology that this candidate would work.

The Candidate is expected to manage end-to-end operations for an Asset Management Company based out of US. The AMC has operations across multiple geographies and plans to set-up an Operation Hub for some of its business lines in collaboration with Hexaware.

3. Description of day to day tasks (please be as descriptive as possible).

- Lead the day to day deliverables on Operations including meeting timelines, thresholds, SLAs, governance requirements etc.

- Liaise with Operations Leads and Stakeholders across different geographies on regular basis and meet structured deliverables deadlines.

- Mentor Change Management including automation initiatives including transformation and robotics, and drive productivity milestones

- Monitor operations health in terms of SLAs, KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics

- Manage large teams based across different locations in India and ensure smooth delivery

- Manage critical client stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage client escalations ensuring a smooth resolution to concerns / issues.

4. Describe Domain Technical Skills.

The candidate is expected to be an expert in Reconciliation across various products and asset classes. Experience in other Capital Markets Operations apart from Reconciliation will be an added advantage.

This role would require the candidate to work in Client time zone and the candidate should be willing to work in EST time zone (typically from 3pm to 12midnight)
 
Experience:

1 Experience and understanding of Capital Market Operations ~15

2 Experience in managing operations for Global Operations 5-7

3 Manage Large global teams 5-7

Skill Expertise :

1 Stakeholder Management Strong

2 People Management Strong

3 Ability to understand cultural nuances across other geographies Strong
