Hexaware - Deputy Manager - IT Recruitment

Location: [Mumbai (MBP - Ghansoli) / Chennai - Siruseri / Pune - Hinjewdi Phase III]

Experience: 5 Years to 7 Years

Role: IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

1. Should come with strong 5 to 7 Years of experience in to IT Recruitment.

2. Strong sourcing experience through multiple channels with and active networking.

3. Should come with end to end recruitment experience.

4. Good to have experience in Leadership hiring & Non_IT Hiring.

5. Evaluating, measuring, and continually iterating on our talent acquisition pipeline and process to ensure we are hiring the right talent at the right time.

6. Translate client requirements for contingent workforce creative resources into compelling job descriptions that will attract the right talent.

7. Experience in designing and executing successful recruiting strategies for diverse roles and levels across India offices.

8. Develop end to end recruitment process that is scalable, seamless and optimized for results.

9. Managing the configuration, adoption, and effective utilization of our recruiting tools.

10. Well rounded experience in managing TA process with expertise in leadership hiring.

11. Open to work on requirements and end to end Recruitment.

Qualifications:

1. 5 or more years of progressive recruitment experience in IT Industry.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Should be able to manage hiring numbers with complete Ownership & accountability.

4. Advanced proficiency in all phases of recruitment - sourcing, assessment, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.

5. Technology savvy: comfortable and proficient using applicant tracking systems, video conferencing, online advertising and job boards, social networking platforms, and business software.

6. Genuine interest in people - their experiences, stories, and motivations.

7. Should be able to join us in a week to 4 Weeks time.
