Exp Leve : 15 - 18 years.

Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law and also responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with internal and international standards.

Compliance Officer would be responsible for implementation and day-to-day execution of the Code of Conduct, Global Antibribery Compliance (ABC) Program and coordinating with business units and responding to their queries; including by overseeing implementation of ABC Controls, compliance training, auditing and monitoring; and triaging with the independent Investigations team as appropriate.

This role will report to CRO and with work closely with Financial Controller/Finance team, Legal, HR, Procurement, Recruitment and other functions

- Over 15 years' experience.

- Strong Ethics and Integrity

- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager in a multi-national company

- Ability to establish policies, SOPs and monitor/report progress on compliance

- Experience in overall Risk management

- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g., Familiarity with Indian and International Anti-corruption Laws, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, export controls, OFAC compliance, Sanctioned country, etc

- Participate/establish in internal audits to identify non-compliances and set the process to manage crisis or compliance violation

- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards

- Evaluate business activities (e.g. new territorial expansion, investments) to assess compliance risk

- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices. Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
