Propose the To-Be State of business process/IT systems to address the weakness/gaps. 6. Plan and track the program/project for reaching the To-Be state with well-defined business outcomes. 7. Communicate with the various stakeholders on the implementation status. 8. Strong Project Management experience in managing end to end Projects. Should possess : 1. Strong analytical skills. 2. Good Communication skills. 3. Domain knowledge in one or more areas of Human resources, Finance, Sales, General administration. 4. Should be able to mentor the team in business analysis. Experience : 1. 2 to 5 years post MBA experience in any of the advisory firms such as EY, KPMG, PWC, GT, Accenture etc. 2. Must have Good Analytical skills. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
