Ongoing Repair analysis across Funds Transfer - Wires and Domestic inclusive - Strong understanding of SWIFT Standards, various Payment Message Types, Funds Transfers, STP and Repair concepts - Analyze data to understand themes and propose rules to eliminate reason for repair - Cross reference data from countries to identifies repair reasons for internal Transfers for client - Proficiency in MS Excel, Axis 2. Process alignment, re-engineering, migration - Connect with different processing units to understand the processes, nuances, challenges - Identify opportunities for re-engineering, defining commonality based on similar processes run from different locations various to drive true centralization - Align processes to strategic end state of standardization and centralization - Implement productivity parity and enable common unit processing time and organization capacity model - Ability to cross pollinate best practices and define the standard for core processes - Improve productivity by aggregating and optimizing similar functions in the same location - Alignment of various current initiatives to avoid dependencies / overlapping of goals - Process flow tools proficiency like Visio / Blue Prism 3. Data analysis & automation - Understand current elements, process and tool used to generate data across various parameters - volumes, value, MTP, STP, MIFT, MPP, CAPS - Leverage existing tools like PCS to eliminate manual data population and collation and migrate to automated generation of data - Define incremental automation required based on existing Data Mart - PCS / Data Lake - Proficiency in MS Excel, Axis, SQL basics 4. Client / product offering alignment, standardization - Connect with different processing units to understand the processes, client nuances, challenges - Cross reference data from countries to identifies nuances from clients across geographies / clients - Analyze nuances to identify effort / opportunity to automate / educate client - Create a BoW to engage Product / RM / Technology to eliminate nuances to standard offering - Align processes to strategic end state of standardization and centralization - Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio / Blue Prism
