Job Description:

We are currently hiring for an Investment Banking profile. We cater to a global investment bank and handle the operation for Market Data in that we are into Market Data Administration & Market Data Analysis which includes Billing, Invoice Reconciliation, Inventory Update, Contractual Information, Vendor Management, Customer focus, Demand Management, Data Products order Management, Vendor Management on Market Data products.

The shifts are rotational:

1. Morning Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM

2. Afternoon Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM

- 5 days working Saturday-Sundays are fixed off.

- Location- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Market Data Administration maintains the control aspects of market data, so that the services delivered to both applications and end-users are controlled and auditable by regulators and exchanges. The roles in this area also ensure that the connections and use of the data meets the compliance and legal requirements through both technical and design controls, and that the services are charged and allocated correctly by utilizing the various sources of billing, invoicing and contractual information.

The responsibilities of this position include managing the Vendor (Refinitiv, Bloomberg and Exchange) Interactions:

- Data Notifications

- Data Access Declaration (DAD) preparation and processing of DAD. Check invoices considering DAD

- Unused Reports

- User maintenance

- Maintenance of permission sets

- Site Subscription, adding and removing products, exchanges, specialist data, vendor services.

- Migration to new products

- Check of Level 1 / Level 2 exchanges

- Map Collect

- Usage collection

- Permission and item requirement support

- Provide reports from DACS: Permission reports, usage reports, Data Declaration Report, Admin Report

- Provide reports for Audits

- Invoice reconciliation

- Track usage of applications

- Work with applications to reduce usage of data licenses

- Process exchange notifications, support purchase department concerning Audits.
