Recruitment Specialist
Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior business leaders and work with function heads to fill key positions and senior-level roles
- Develop detailed recruiting strategies to meet the business need for talent acquisition
- Manage the complete employment cycle from the recruitment & selection process to exit formalities & feedback.
- Enroll in different institutes/colleges for campus placement year after year.
- Focuses on organizational change interventions and implements and leads OD interventions.
- Ensures that HR policies are aligned with the overall strategic and operational requirements of the organization keeping employees at the center of their design.
- Implement employee engagement programs and celebrations to create a positive, ethical, collaborative, and effective work environment
- To support and participate in compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys; prepare, analyze, and present the reports for effective decision-making.
- Run a reward and recognition process and should have sound knowledge of compensation benchmarking.
- Needs to oversee and coordinate any administrative task as and when required.
