Finance Executive - SAP

Role Description :

- Hexagon is currently looking for a Finance Executive who will be working closely with the Head of Finance and will be responsible for data extraction, analysis, modelling, and reporting from SAP and other internal software, deep dive to reports to the entry-level for details.

- To be successful in this role, you should have excel skills, be well-versed in cost centres based accounting, make accruals and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Tasks and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

- Data extraction, analysis, modelling, and reporting from SAP and other internal software.

- Reports for various Foreign intercompany entities in Europe.

- Extremely strong working knowledge of SAP and MS suite applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.

- Experience in IT/ITES & Project based setup in a service company

- Tracking COS and align with the forecast

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Flexibility to support operations in multiple time zones

- Overall knowledge of basic and cost center-based accounting, accruals, etc.

- Responsible for daily, weekly, and month-end / quarter end account activities.

- Document the current process while suggesting ways to improve it

Basic Qualifications :

- 3-5 years in Finance and ERP background.

- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate.

- Prior experience working in IT/ITES type of setup with a service & project-based company is an added advantage.
