Hevo is looking for an Events Specialist to conceptualize and conduct different projects related to marketing events targeting Hevo's global audience. This role requires a combination of interpersonal and management skills to ensure methodical communication with internal and external stakeholders and to efficiently plan, organize, and execute the marketing events. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize a plan around conducting events like webinars, Industry expert talks, and other virtual events. Ideate, plan, and produce events from conception through to completion. 2. Interact efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for the event attendees. 3. Lead initiatives, take ownership and work cross-functionally to execute all the activities required to be done during the pre-event, during the event, and post-event phase. 4. Create and maintain an Events Calendar and share it with internal stakeholders. Identify and target the right speakers for the events and build a global community of like-minded data &amp; analytics leaders. 5. Own all the event promotion activities from planning to execution to post-event follow-ups. Work closely with content marketing and design team to create campaigns and execute them as per the plan. 6. Track and report metrics for each event. Create the performance report of each event and share it with the internal stakeholders. 7. Collect the feedback from the attendees and speakers and incorporate that in future events. 8. Engage with client-facing teams (primarily sales) to collect ideas or topics for future events and liaise with them for the post-event follow-up campaigns. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1. MBA + Graduation (B.E. Preferred) 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the project management and events marketing or management space 3. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously 4. Strong event management and interpersonal skills 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills 6. Proven experience carrying out event marketing, planning, attendance, and reporting for webinars, trade shows, customer meets, or industry events 7. Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams 8. Prior experience in the data &amp; analytics space will be a plus
