Hevo - Manager - Communications

Hevo is looking for a Communications Manager who is proficient in creating and maintaining a favorable image for Hevo as a brand. We are looking for someone who can efficiently handle internal and external communications regarding programs, accomplishments, and/or points of view with the employees and users/public. The ideal candidate should be skilled in understanding the audience and ensuring systematic and structured communication of relevant subjects.

Your Mission:

1. Drive external communications strategy and ensure credible employer branding

2. Handle internal communications efficiently using communication tools like internal newsletters

3. Formulate tactical communication with partners and creatively announce collaborations/ strategic partnerships

4. Craft and present brand stories across a variety of media to increase corporate visibility and engagement.

5. Develop and build contacts with a diverse group of media professionals.

6. As needed, assist with crisis communication.

Superpowers You Will Need:

1. 7+ years of hands-on experience in PR/communications

2. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communications/Journalism/English

3. Exposure to marketing campaigns and media relations

4. Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns to engage with the public and media

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

6. Strong organizational and planning skills

7. Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms

8. Ability to be proactive, self-driven, and diligent to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
