Manager - Product and Growth (SaaS)

- You will influence strategic decisions, business functions' ways of working, and the growth trajectory of the company.
- This role will give you an insider look at how a company scales and operates in the growth stage from the vantage point of the executive team. You will experience what works and learn from what doesn't. Should you have the ambition to become a Founder, CEO, or COO one day, this position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role at Hevo.
What will you be doing:
1. Unlock new customers and revenue growth by identifying and fixing blockers in the entire customer journey across all customer touch points ; blogs, ads, sign-up page, product experience, sales interaction and support experience:
- Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends across different customer segments, geographies and touch points
- Synthesize actionable insights and evangelize the same across different functions
- Design and implement experiments to test new hypotheses, and assess their impact
- Optimize pricing by understanding price vs value dynamics for different customer segments and our product features
2. Identify and evangelize strategies on 'Land and Expand', i.e. increase average revenue from existing customers by improving product stickiness and usage
3. Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business ; Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Product ; to identify areas of improvement and experimentation which will lead to growth and expansion
4. Understand competitive landscape and share actionable inputs to plug gaps in product features, pricing, support etc.
5. Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization
Indicators that you fit the bill:
1. Top-tier B.Tech or MBA graduate with 2+ years of experience in Top Tier Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy (preference to candidates who have been a part of a high growth organization)
2. Excellent problem-solving ability, including:
- Ability to understand and frame the right problem statements
- Ability to design, plan and implement the right solutions
- Excellent ability to analyze and interpret quantitative as well as qualitative data
- Ability to zoom in and out to bring tactical and strategic viewpoints
- Ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience
3. Self-directed, resourceful, and detail oriented
4. Know-how of basic financial analysis and modeling preferred
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects
7. Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
8. Startup experience is a plus
