What will be your role as Human Resource Business Partner at Hevo?

Hevo is hiring for a dynamic HR Business Partner who can synergize people, processes, and policies. We- re on a mission to ensure a workplace that excites, engages, and unleashes true human capital. If you have the strategic ability to align Hevo's vision with people-related decisions & make an impact on the organization's overall growth, this is the right role. It offers an opportunity to leverage tactical decisions to make Hevo an employer of choice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Business Leaders, People Managers to translate Hevo's OKRs into actionable KPIs for their team

2. Design, deploy and monitor employee engagement, rewards, and recognition programs to keep the workforce motivated

3. Be a trusted advisor to people manager in dealing with aspects related to goal setting, team performance, training needs, culture curation, etc

4. Define, deploy and monitor key measurable metrics impacting people happiness, job satisfaction, and engagement

5. Be the point of contact for employees to address and resolve their queries related to people, processes, and policies

6. Manage day to day operations related to Human Resource function

Experience:

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner role preferably in Start-ups or IT Product Companies

2. Prior experience of being a part team that is being built from scratch & working directly with Founders or CXOs

3. Masters in Human Resources
