Hevo is looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Head of Digital Marketing to join our leadership team. The incumbent will own the overall demand generation through channels including SEM, SEO, ABM campaigns, and events. Additionally, manage marketing operations & technology.

Role :

- Drive product trials through digital channels.

- Drive customer acquisition in the global market through digital channels.

- Implement inbound and outbound campaigns incorporating email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, web, display, live/digital events, etc.

- Identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels.

- Monitor and assess the evolution of the landscape in which Hevo operates.

- Drive initiatives to establish the thought leadership of Hevo in the space.

- Collaborate with other team members across the organization so that strategy, messaging, branding, and execution are consistent and coordinated.

- Determine forecasts and establish agreed-upon KPIs for programs. Track and measure performance to deliver on expected outcomes, determine ROI, and prioritize resources.

- Own and share detailed analysis and reports on these efforts.

- Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team to build and execute growth strategies.

Experience and Skill-set :

- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing for a hyper-growth B2B SaaS / IT Product company.

- Prior experience in building and leading teams to deliver their goal, objective and KPIs.

- Deep understanding of the global market, including connections to relevant partners, strong knowledge of local compliance, cultural and market trends.

- Ability to analyze and think strategically around audience, segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.

- Demonstrated capacity to make data-informed decisions.

- High attention to detail.
