Role : Business Analyst

What you'll do?

- Provide analytical support to the Demand Generation Marketing team across Paid and Organic acquisition channels (Email, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing).

- Maintain and develop our growth marketing reporting processes and tools, including the creation of dashboards and reports to track daily performance, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing initiatives.

- Uplevel teams' own data skills, democratize access to marketing data.

- Work cross-functionally with Marketing Technology, Engineering and Product teams to ensure data quality and timeliness of marketing data reporting.

What we're looking for?

- 2+ years of experience in growth or media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

- Significant experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data is required.

- Experience coding in languages such as Python is advantageous.

- Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets and/or dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to analyze marketing performance and forecast future growth.

- Experience with paid search and/or paid social channels and tools: AdWords, Facebook, etc. is required.

- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
