Job Description:

- Managing team of Front line Managers

- Customer relationship management

- Managing Key Account end to end.

- Value addition to the existing Regulatory Business & other Markets where Regulatory support is

needed in the assigned territory

- New Customers Development & New Product Development.

- To assist Marketing Head in Budget & Planning execution.

- To liaison between Plant, QC, QA, Regulatory & all other internal stakeholders towards all customer queries & maintaining data to back trace.

- Building Customer Database for marking marketing plan.

- To meet existing customers, Follow-ups to direct customers for sales, to evaluate the business opportunities, and to offer sales support.

- Perform Market Analysis and Market Research

- Sales Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting.

- Engage with customers in developing rapport-building exercise
