1. The candidate will be closely working with the Sales Director to formulate Business Strategy and managing multiple Stakeholders and Sales Channels.
2. The candidate will help frame decisions based on Data analytics.
3. Prior experience in People Management roles and a keen interest in Data Analytics will be desirable.
4. Engineering background is preferred. Prior experience in the IT industry is not mandatory but desirable.
5. This is a leadership role, and the desired candidate will be a strong team player.
6. The candidate will be required to keep a close eye on Sales matrices and point out any red flags with possible suggestions.
7. The Candidate must possess a high level of discipline in his/her work ethic.
