Job Description:
- Be the point of contact for various stakeholders like sales, marketing external partners for CRM, Cloud telephony management, and reporting.
- Responsible for creating the list of issues/ requirements/optimizations by interacting with stakeholders across the organization like Sales, Marketing, Content, and delivery teams
- Responsible for setting up automation, logic changes on the CRM platform
- Manage end to end Cloud telephony services to ensure 100% availability of services for the sales team
- Prioritizing various requirements with the help of the external partner teams
- Regular testing to identify any possible lead leakage to take appropriate action
- Reporting sales productivity metrics to the leadership team on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in setting up and management of CRM's (LeadSquared, Salesforce, No Paper forms, Zoho)
- Knowledge of lead journey creation through automation
- Knowledge of report generation basis CRM+ sales data
- Hands-on experience of implementing and working with Cloud Telephony providers like Czentrix, Ameyo, Mcube, Exotel
- Inclination to grow in CRM space is a must
- Data-driven mindset for approaching various problems
- Hands-on experience of using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI is good to have
- Excellent communication, listening & negotiation skills.
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Start-up exposure is preferred
