Job Purpose:
The HR IT Manager is responsible for the alignment between the HR Technology Team, IS Team and other Functional Experts in development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements received from the HR Functional Team to ensure alignment between HR leader's expectations and current or future IS capability.
- Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture in the HR IT space and maximize the return on technology investment.
- Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the HR Function in meeting their business objectives
- Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed time frames. Assist the HR team in communication, user training and change management activities for the HRIT systems
Education Background:
B.E/B.Tech Degree is must
Desirable: Masters with HR Specialization
Certification in SAP HR and other Technologies is must
Relevant Experience- 12-15 yrs
