Job Purpose:
Drive Sales activities and brand building activities, manage and expand network and ensure customer satisfaction for assigned countries to achieve targets and make business sustainable and profitable
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales activities for assigned countries to achieve sales targets
Generate MIS and all other related reports for analysing the business in assigned countries
Drive Marketing activities in the assigned countries for brand building and for pushing sales
Coordination with Plant, Commercial Team and other internal stakeholders for Smooth ordering- payment-dispatch- inspection process
Manage and Expand Network to ensure easy availability of Hero Products across markets
Must have:
An M.B.A degree ( full time & preferably in International Business)
Prior experience of working in an African Market
