Job Description : Policy and procedure development and standardization&nbsp;: - Creating the after sales and service policy - Drafting of policy around warranty, spare parts - Development/updation of Owner's handbook - Cargo spare parts pricing &amp; updation - Objection/complaints handling &amp; field management - CSI monitoring Service infrastructure development : - Technician hiring and training - Dealer/ Distributor training - Implementation of after sales procedure B2B Channel support : - Ensuring product service ratio for POC - Product assembly at POC venue - Day to day rider feedback and vehicle monitoring - Feedback reports, analysis and submission Product maintenance&nbsp;: - Vehicle call back post POC - Refurbishing used units and maintaining for next trials After Sales Service : - Address Customer &amp; Consumer Complaints ( Defined TAT) - Train Dealer Service Technicians - Ensure Tools &amp; Spares necessary for Maintenance/Repairs - Warranty Handling including Warranty Registration - Warranty Analysis &amp; Feedback to QA - CSI Surveys and Reporting - Service Updates (modifications, introduction) - Extended Warranty Programme (Revenue from EWP) Others : - Consumer Survey for product usage - Vehicle demonstration to the clients at Factory - Support in dealer/ distributor appointment
