Job Description :

A. Credit policy formulation, amendment and clarifications to front end team for unsecured products ( PL, BIL, Digital lending)

B. Portfolio monitoring and bringing up the recommendations for necessary policy changes from time to time

C. Ensure regulatory compliances for the portfolios assigned

D. Handling internal, statutory and regulatory audits

E. Active engagement with business counterparts and work in collaboration with them with a common goal to achiever

F. Evaluating partnership proposals for digital, co lending arrangements and monitoring same for performance

G. Use of analytics to churn portfolio and do RCA for. Key observations and initiate remedial actions

H. Evaluation of application/risk/ behavior score cards from risk reward balance perspective monitoring of same post deployment to ensure desired outcomes
