Job Description :

- Build and implement Operational Risk framework in HFCL.

- Build Risk Culture in the organization through trainings and awareness campaign in first line of defense functions

- Through Operational Risk tools ensure operational risks are continuously monitored and controlled

- Ensuring availability of incident database, issues and action tracker, risk register and KRI data for businesses.

- Reporting of data points related to Risk Based Supervision, BASEL, ICAAP and other compliances.

- Institutionalize Self-Identified issues framework for encouraging first line units to report incidents or operational issues on their own.

- Lead and measure people, process, system / technical and external event related risks
